Over the past decade our business was looking for a consistently reliable, thorough and knowledgeable partner to manage our fleet of vehicles. After working with a number of partners we decided to make a change and work with John Halls Alaska (Not sure what name you want here?) for our fleet maintenance. Working with their Senior Mechanic, Randy Blackwell, was a wonderful experience. Randy was always available to discuss maintenance needs over the phone or in person. Whether we had our vehicles in town, on the road, or at one of our remote locations he always made our fleet a priority. Randy was always professional, engaging, willing to troubleshoot over the phone, explained issues and communicated repair options in advance, traveled to our remote locations numerous times, and kept our entire fleet running.
